Idiso obtains Gold prize in Tourism Category
Idiso obtains the Gold Prize for its experience in clients in Tourism and Travel Category. This prestigious prize recognizes the high quality of the management of relationships with clients that is offered in all its services.Madrid 5 October 2009. Idiso, the Spanish hotel distribution company that manages the call center of hotel chains like Sol Melia, Beatriz Hotels, Husa Hotels, Insignia Hotels, amongst many other clients, has just achieved the Prize to the best company in Tourism and Travel Category. This new award confirms anew the recognition to the quality of service that Idiso is giving from its Booking Center.
This prestigious award, conjunctly with the one obtained in the former edition, the prize to the best Call center in the Category “other services”, consolidates Idiso in the highest level of quality in client relationship in Tourism in Spain.
The CRC Gold Awards 2009, of experience with clients, are the most important awards and recognize the best companies in customer care through its Customer Relationship Centers (CRC), with the base results in the Benchmark studies of Excellence in Spanish CRC that is made by IZO System Consultants.
