InnWise by Idiso and Micros forge an alliance
At the past edition of FITUR, Innwise by Idiso reached an agreement to collaborate with Micros Fidelio, subsidiary of Micros inc, a hotel industry technology provider. Innwise will provide its consulting know how in the areas of revenue management and hotel marketing and Micros Fidelio will provide its experience as a hotel industry technology innovator.
According to Alfonso Castellano, Innwise by Idiso CEO, the possibility for both companies to work together sprang from the mission to “offer a complete, high value service to clients that require collaboration between companies that are both consolidated and with a high level of expertise. For this very reason, cooperation and the search for alliances is part of Innwise by Idiso’s culture”.
This alliance opens, according to Alfonso Castellano, “a new line of business for Micros, oriented towards providing value-added services to their clients. In the first phase, we have developed two service offerings that respond to the primary need of a hotel: to increase income. The offerings are audit reviews with recommendations for action for both Revenue Management (price strategy) and Online Marketing (strategy to capture traffic for the direct sales channel)”. As for Micros, they will provide the technology to support these best practices and to minimize the effort necessary to implement them. And, above all, they will provide continuity over time with an automation level that allows one to manage them with a reasonable amount of effort.
