Vista Sol Hotels boosts their reservations using the Innwise direct channel

They want more and without intermediates. The hotel chain Vista Sol Hotels & Resorts has set the goal of converting all visits to its web site into more than potential reservations. Innwise are going to make this happen using their direct channel, backed by the Idiso booking engine for hotels in Buenos Aires, an urban hotel with 79 rooms and Punta Cana, a vacational resort with 471 rooms.

One of the main advantages of boosting the hotel’s direct channel is a latest generation website design. Therefore, Vista Sol Hotels & Resorts has requested that Innwise develop the websites for both hotels. The designs stand out for being intuitive, in accordance with browsing patterns. Innwise, also had the best resources to position the Vista Sol Hotel websites among the main search engines, as soon as they were launched. The new websites, Vista Sol Punta Cana and Buenos Aires are now available to travellers.

The chain, has not only handed Innwise the challenge of designing the website, but has also opted for the full management of the Innwise direct channel so as to increase reservations without intermediates. The service, as well as the web project includes: optimization of the SEO positioning, PPC campaigns in Google AdWords and online reputation management.

The relation between Vista Sol Hotels & Resorts and our products is not new. The chain already used the leading market technology: idiso booking engine. Jacqueline Bel, commercial director of Vista Sol, emphasizes the good relationship between the hotel chain and the two companies.

We are a team rowing in the same direction. It’s a win win situation. This year we aim to get the direct sale channel within the top three sales positions. Buenos Aires is already top 5”, explains Bel.
